Owner and Trainer Melanie Redford
Melanie has been training dogs both professionally and at home with her Belgian Tervuren for over 25 years.She has competed in Conformation for the past 20 years finishing multiple dogs many with Specialty wins as well as putting numerous lower level titles in various performance sports on her dogs.
With a career background in Dressage and Eventing, the dogs took over as the main focus when Melanie moved from New England to PA 12 YEARS ago, teaching and running Day Care at the now highly successful Paws n Claws in Erie, from there Melanie went on to manage The Dog House in Conneaut Lake between 2013 and 2017. Since then Melanie has been focusing on her own dogs as well as taking in training clients for the show ring and running handling classes during the Summer at her home.
Melanie has now returned to teaching classes in the beautiful downtown Meadville and looks forward to working with you. Her main focus will be puppy classes through Canine Good Citizen and engagement classes to prepare for the competition ring. Melanie is a certified Farm Dog judge as well as licensed to do CGC, CGCA CGCU and all the Trick titles.

All classes are a one hour sessions with a maximum of 6 per class.
All classes run for 7 weeks proof of Rabies required.
Class fee is $125 for the full 7 weeks.
A $50 registration fee is required to hold your spot, payment in full is due the Friday before
the first day of class.
Cancelations for any amount of refund must be made the Friday before the class starts.
Payments can be made through PayPal or Venmo
